1.Product description

The seller will provide a Low Relaxed Stress Steel Stranded Wire Production Line for production of 1×7, Ø9.53~17.8mm low relaxed pre stress steel stranded wire, with the capability of 30,000 tons per year. 3. Equipment description:

3.1 Skip stranding machine 1+6×1120

For the skip stranding machine, each set consists of 7 pieces of 1120 bobbins, is driven by single motor. The transmission shaft and Rotating body are connected by synchronous belt. With stable lay pitch, it guarantees the lay lengths of stranded wires in different dimensions are in accordance with GB/T5224-2003. Big size bearings support the threading barrel to get enough space and make threading very easy. Each revolving part are connected with one another by a GRP cambered plate, which enables it reach the speed request of higher stranding machine. 7 single wires pass through each own position without interference with each other. The bracket of cylinder escapement is movable, makes it easier for transfer and balance adjustment. Damping system is loaded on the bracket to adjust the mutative tension of each single wire during production. Integrative bottom frame can make sure the bunching machine works steadily.

3.2 Composing die and Deformer

Different composing dies are loaded inside the die box for different size of wires. Manually adjusted by guide screw.

Each deformer wheel is manually micro-adjusted, hydraulic cylinder opening to prevent broken lot strands.

3.3 Tension system

Tensioning system consists of two sets of tension equipments. Two tension wheels rotate same way and make the wire tensioned between the wheels. The wheels are welded by 42CrMo forged rings, machined tooled and then quenching processed, with surface hardness of HRC≥58. Cone gears are used in speed reducer.

3.4 Constant tension system

Two fixed wheel carriers and 1 movable wheel carrier, which can move up and down, are loaded on one bracket. An air cylinder is with the movable wheel carrier to balance the tension between the tensioning system and wire receiving & release device.

3.5 Wire pay off/Take up device

The device composes of 2 independent bobbins, each of which is with the weight capacity of 30 tons. The two bobbins work alternately, one for wire paying off and the other for wire taking up.

3.6 Layer winding machine

Disassembly type bobbin, motor drives the bobbin for wire winding, hydraulic pressure station helps unload wire from bobbin, by controlling 3 oil cylinders installed with good quality hydraulic elements to guarantee stable work and the winding wont retract.

3.7 Cooling water tank

Use stainless steel welding and fabricating the box, spray water cooling with air drying device.

3.8 Auto-control system

1) System brief introduction

Whole line equipment use full digital control, use computer programming auto-control whole line operation. Operator only need operate the control button and fine adjustment button to realize whole line running as per setup parameter, there has multiple protection and fault display on control program to insure whole line equipment smoothly running. Automation control use SIEMENS S7-300PLC and touch screen TP270. AC speed controller use vector control frequency converter. PLC use PROFIBUS-DP and network to connect with control system, control all the operations of equipment, and realize reliable operation.

2) Control function of main control panel

Stranding machine control system control product lay pitch together with first tension control system with matching speed, to insure constant lay pitch during machine start, stop and moderating process. Second tension control is mainly to control tension, this can be as per specification of product to set different tension and keep it constant. Two pay off and take up machines can choose paying off working model and take up working model, when it is take-up wire model, machine is under auto-paying off. And it will automatic control the tension of paying off. All the process parameter(like speed, tension and lay pitch etc.) is set by touch screen and will display status of whole system like actual linear speed, actual tension and running status etc. Tension setting can continuous set, speed setting can continuous set production linear speed.

3) Function of layer winding operation cabinet

Main setting of layer winding operation box are linkage, single action control, linkage forward, linkage reverse, single action forward, single action reverse and traverse machine inching etc. Layer winding machine control system can auto control the array pitch of traverse machine by pay off sensor. Tension for paying off can be adjusted.
